Prizes awarded to winners of Francophonie 2018 competitions at Alliance Française
On 24th March, a prize-giving ceremony was held at the Alliance Française in Accra for award winners of the different competitions held during the Francophonie festival.
As part of the 2018 Francophonie festival, two competitions were organized:
High school drama competition : All the skits were written in French by Ghanaian teachers and high school students from all over the country on the theme of Culture and Youth
A writing competition on the theme "French in Africa: language of the past, present or future?

The first winner of each category was invited to Accra for the awards ceremony held during the Francophonie fair on 24 March, at the Alliance Française in Accra.
We thank Institut Français Ghana, the West African bureau of the International Organisation of La Francophonie , Consulate of Belgium, as well as Blue Knights Bookshop for the generous gifts offered to the winners (laptops, tablet, numerous books in French, bags, t-shirts and gift cards)
