Launch of the French-African Young Leaders Program on April 15 [fr]
In the face of immense global challenges – which require a new generation of leaders whose ambition is to become true agents of change – the French-African Foundation will launch its Young Leaders program to be held in 2019.
As of April 15, the call for applications for the French-African Young Leaders program will be launched for candidates aged between 28 and 40 years, of French nationality or nationals of a country on the African continent, and demonstrating leadership positively impacting their community or country.
The selected candidates "will have shown talent, passion and shared values that have the potential to contribute to transformative change in Africa and in France," says the press release issued by the FAF.
They will be welcomed in France this summer, then in Ghana this autumn. This programme represents an exceptional opportunity to establish links not only between candidates but also with national and continental leaders in the public and private sectors - in fact, the French-African Foundation relies on Franco-African public-private co-financing. She is already one of her first supporters: Groupe Duval, Egon Zehnder, Publicis Consultants, Deloitte, l’Essec, Groupe Baobab (ex-Microcred), QIMA (ex-AsiaInspection) and Agence Française de Développement (AFD).
