Institut français du Ghana, located at the French Embassy, is looking to recruit a part-time Communications officer
Part-time, 20h/week; duration: 6 months (eventually renewable). Position to be filled from September 2018.
Communicate and promote the activities of Institut Français and the cultural department in the fields of academic cooperation (especially Campus France activities and Alumni platform), language and culture (francophonie, cultural events)
Draft articles in English and French, communicate on social networks, participate in the development of the communication plan.
The communications officer should have a degree in higher education, a bachelor’s degree or masters
A very good working knowledge of current technologies tools
A strong cyber culture and in-depth knowledge of social web tools
A very good command of the English language (native speaker if possible,) and French (minimum B2-C1),
A strong ability to adapt and good human relations, flexibility at work, autonomous (ability to work with less supervision)
Knowledge of the French and Ghanaian university system is a plus.
