This promotion includes 6 senior officers including 2 colonels, 3 commanders and 1 captain. During the ceremonies at Burma Camp and at the Military Academy, the representatives praised the dynamism of the French teachers, passionate and voluntary, and the remarkable involvement of the highly motivated Ghanaian military, while recalling the real need for the armed forces to master the French language in a predominantly French-speaking regional context.

The Embassy of France is pleased with the success of the French language teaching program and wishes to express its friendship to the Ghanaian army with whom it has worked in close cooperation on this project since 2002.
