Accountability project: technical assistance mission by Expertise France
In the framework of the France-Ghana cooperation project on accountability in public sector, Expertise France came for a technical assistance mission in partnership with Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA).
From the 30th November to the 4th December 2015, two experts Mrs Françoise GUILLARME and M. Duc Huy DUONG, with Mme Alix PILLOT from Expertise France, met in Accra five agencies subvented by the Ghanaian Government. The objective of their mission is to design five performance contracts in order to allow these agencies to become financially autonomous and to improve the public services quality specifically in education, health and governance fields. This contracts template will be duplicated in ten other contracts by the monitoring team in Ghana. This team is led by Public Sector Reform Secretariat. The fifteen performance signature is scheduled in February 2016.
